Native American Student Welcome is a program offered to all incoming and transfer students who would like to learn about Native American experiences and connect with other students, faculty, and staff at U-M who share that interest.

In partnership with the Native American Student Association (NASA), this program offers opportunities to build community, inform their knowledge of campus support, and deepen their learning of Native identity and experience.

Program held

  • Native Community Dinner - Date TBA. This is an opportunity for incoming students to connect with returning students, faculty, staff, and community members at the University of Michigan. 
  • Various programs will be held throughout the week of August 27-30; exact dates to be announced later by the planning committee. Please register for updates and opportunities to connect.

Eligibility

This program is open to first-year, transfer, and nontraditional students at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
