The Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs, Native American Student Association, and partners across campus are delighted to share an a rich and timely slate of November programming at the University of Michigan in honor and celebration of Native American Heritage Month.
Native American Heritage Month is an annual observance honoring the the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors had lived in North America for hundreds of years.
Together, campus will host art exhibits, public talks, a live podcast recording, teach-in, and more, focusing in on many aspects of Native American life, history, and culture. Events include the Fall Feast, Angeline Boulley and Heather Bruegl, a celebration of NASA at 50 years, and traditional sugarbush teachings, and more!
