MESA associate director Krishna Han and administrative assistant Neika White made guest appearances on the Break Away podcast this fall. The show, produced by the Michigan Leadership Collaborative, offers ways to engage with the greater University of Michigan leadership community and a chance to break away from the new norms of daily routines.
In October, in a conversation hosted by Steve Bodei, Han was joined by Askari Rushing, Karishma Collette, and Neeraja Aravamudan. Together, they explored what inclusive leadership looks like in practice, the qualities that define inclusive leadership, and how to cultivate this type of leadership. Later that same month, White came together with Aliya Hirji, and Michael Goldberg to talk about LeaderShape, a five-day, non-stop self-discovery and learning experience they say changed the way they see and interact with leadership. Listen to the episode, "How does the LeaderShape program set you up to contribute to a more just, caring, and thriving world?," on Apple, Google, or Spotify.
