Giving Blueday is the University of Michigan’s annual day of giving—where friends, alumni, and colleagues around the world support what they love most about U-M. Giving to the Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs this Giving Blueday, March 13, 2024, helps sustain and build on our engagement in communities, leadership development, and social justice education. And thanks to a generous, anonymous donor, your gift is matched 1:1 up to $2,500!

MESA provides support and programming through celebrations, educational offerings, and building social capital through the lens of race and ethnicity. We value equity, and your gift can help support student programs and initiatives across campus. We’re also proud to uplift our student organizations, who make such an impact on campus and in the world. This is important work at a most critical time.

The ongoing impact of MESA would not be possible without your support! Your generosity has impacted thousands of university students’ experiences and has resulted in some of the most robust attendance and participation in recent years. Your contribution of $5 or more will allow MESA to expand its legacy of building community and a sense of belonging on campus for all, supporting

  • leadership advising and opportunities
  • heritage month events
  • mentorship programs
  • peer-to-peer education
  • first-year welcome programs
  • and more!
