Shades of Experience Photoshoot

The Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs is pleased to welcome you to our 'Shades of Experience' photo shoot! 'Shades of Experience' is the theme of this year's Black History Month and we want YOU to be a part of it. Black people come in all different shades, and we want the world to know that our experiences in those shades are an important part of who we are. This photo shoot is open to anyone who self-identifies as having African/Black ancestry. Every photo that we receive will be used on our promotional calendars for Black History Month events. You are welcome to come to the MESA office to have your picture taken, or you can take a photo of yourself and submit it. We ask that all photos be headshots with you wearing a solid, dark colored shirt with a solid pale, or white, background.

If you are interested, please stop by the MESA office (2202 on the 2nd floor of the union) to have your photo taken, or submit your photographs to BHMcommittee@umich.edu by noon on 2/1/2013.

If you have any questions, please contact the Multicultural Development Program Manager, Jaimee Marsh, at jaimeem@umich.edu or 734-763-9044.
